About this product
So there you are. You know there is a promise on your life, but everything around you contradicts that promise. God called you. Since then, your life has seemingly become a rapid succession of rejection, even betrayal, with inexplicable setbacks. You are under spiritual pressure like never before-almost at breaking point. Maybe it was all one big mistake…
If this is you, then don’t give up. You are exactly where you need to be! The Father believes in you. Now, you can blame the devil and other people for all of these problems, but what if this is a season in which God wants to change you? Do you really want to give up when the breakthrough is within your grasp?
A confusing and painful process often follows the promise, preparing you for your calling. Here, Mattheus van der Steen shares from his own personal experiences. His book is an invitation to you to fully embrace this process of change. Only then will you discover how privileged you truly are. You are in God’s bootcamp!

Julie B. Caton, PH.D. –
As a Christian psychologist I have sat with clients who have faced significant storms in their lives. I, myself, have gone through 7 decades of storm-driven living. And I have read tons, and know the Bible well. All this is to say that Mattheus has done a superlative job giving us tools to help us with the storms in life. When we can understand the Process that we are going through, it makes that season (or seasons) so much more tolerable. He describes three types of storms (self-inflicted, demonically influenced, and God driven) and offers tools to help use get through them. (You should see his list of affirmations at the end!) The book was very readable. It is not just lists, and testimonies, but also Mattheus’ heart and soul as he learned the lessons he shares with us. I highly recommend it. I’m keeping mine, and buying extra now to give away.
